The Chengdu FISU World Conference will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan from July 29th to August 1st. In order to facilitate the learning, communication, and daily life of all participating representatives during the conference period, the relevant notices are as follows:
1. In order to better provide conference services for participating representatives, the organizing committee has conducted market research and negotiations, and has agreed on exclusive conference prices with two official hotels. We recommend everyone to stay (please refer to the "Conference Notice" on the official website for the booking process).
2. In order to standardize the management of attendance documents (which will be in real name format) and provide humanized transportation services for the "two venues and one station" arrival in Chengdu, representatives are requested to provide feedback on the "Attendance Receipt" to the organizing committee email before 24:00 on June 16, 2023: (2021fisuwc@cdsu.edu.cn) in order for us to produce attendance documents and develop detailed transportation plans.
3. Please fill in the information of one attending representative in the 'Attendance Receipt'. If the first author is unable to attend, it can be the second or third author. The organizing committee will ensure the confidentiality of all personal information.
